Based on years of experience in aerospace sealing technology, Chengdu MCW Performace Materials Co., Ltd. invented a reinforced sealing material by innovating in PTFE expansion techniques and was authorized a patent of invention. Using "roller press" technology to achieve a more uniform distribution of fillers in PTFE, MCW Performat has developed a re-structured PTFE gasket product - rPTFE, and the product can be applied to a higher temperature and pressure environment. Combining nano-conductive materials with PTFE film, MCW Performat created a thermally and electrically conductive thread sealing material - Gtape.

Driven by advanced design concepts, MCW Performat has successfully applied precision injection technology into the tooling of aircraft fastener auxiliary sealing products-GelSeal. Made from a self-lubricating polymer material, GelSeal greatly improves the sealing efficiency in aircraft manufacturing and was adopted as a standard tool & procedure by key aircraft producers.
